Congratulations to Isla who is Swimmer of the Month for April. Isla has been working consistently hard in her sessions for a long time. By pushing herself in sessions she has developed the skills and confidence to compete in longer distance events and it will be interesting to see what she can achieve over the remainder of the year. Well done Isla 👏🏊♂️🏆
Well done to Abbie and Iggy who had a successful start to their triathlon and open water season in the first stage of the Welsh Super Series on Sunday – the Llanelli Sprint Triathlon. ![]()

Albie came 3rd in his age group and Iggy 4th in the same age group. Out of a total of 391 competitors Albie came 24th and Iggy 57th 👏![]()

Congratulations to everyone who competed at the Swim England West Midlands Summer Regional Championships. Over the 5 days of racing we have achieved some fantastic results as a club, doubling last years final appearances tally and more than doubling the medal count. Ali was particularly impressed this weekend in the swimmers’ pre and post race reflections – some swimmers dealing with disappointment with maturity and looking for the positives / learning to take into their training and next races 🙂 Everyone should be proud of what they have achieved 👏
Day Two at the Swim England West Midlands Regional Champs. It was the turn of the 14-16 boys to compete in the 4×100 Medley Relay – beating their entry time and finishing 5th (a place higher than seeded) 👏 We also saw ten final appearances, six medals and lots of great swims again. ![]()
